The goal of the challenge is simple; select a word and rank within the top 5 spots in Google for it but within 45 days. Selecting a realistic keyword to rank for is most important to achieve any type of success.

I will teach you how to SEO your website. As we move forward you should also be considering at minimum a small priced but very unique design for your site. I’m a big fan of nick over at Elegant Themes and highly recommend using them to start your blog.

Pick a target market

For best results you should target your traffic into a specific niche market. This niche can be lagre in size but must be consistent in content.

Targeted Keywords

Create all your topics and articles around the same but unique keywords.

Building your back links

This should also be treated with care. Yo must start building back links to your blog. This must be done within the same niche or target market as you. So in general you need content related back links.

Optimize your Blog Roll

You have to start linking to websites that are similar to yours and delete all other linking to unrelated websites. Target all your links specifically and this is to both internal pages and main sites.

Optimize your posts

Like mentioned above this is the optimization of your actual articles. Start generating targeted back links to all your article pages.

Remove all link plugins

Honestly to fulfill your goals you will eventually have to remove comment luv, top commentators etc… or make them No Follow.

The first thing I want to discuss is the opportunity to purchase deeplinks. This allows you to add links on your link page to multiple areas within your blog. My specific deeplinks are as follows and again were selected by me.

The second section of Yawoop Links allows you to monitor your Alexa Rank, Page Rank, Backlinks from Google, MSN, Yahoo and Technoratti. What is a back link submission Inspection?

We have to ensure the source in which we are submitting our content to is one providing us with a do follow link and two has been accepted and added into the Google index. The higher your page rank gets the higher your page rank backlinks will need to be in order to keep growing in a positive direction.

Don’t waste your time with No Follow communities. Always take the time t ensure the website is in fact a Do follow share the page rank juice neighborhood. I have the greatest suggestion and currently use it with my FireFox browser.

This is easy , common sense stuff everyone but it’s normally over looked! Add the Google Toolbar and make sure all your backlinks are coming from websites that are cached and added into the Google Search Index.

When I got this new theme here on my blog and I needed several new social .png images made for my social networking accounts. I asked Fico and again he created the images for me asking nothing in return. So again I gave him some free links but seriously it’s nothing compared what he does for me regarding the design work. Man he’s been helping me out now for 2 years

I e-mailed Fico yesterday pretty much offering anything in return for all his help and he asked if I could help him understand how to create quality page rank with his website and rank higher for targeted keywords. I was happy to hear this seeing over the past year or so I’ve gotten pretty good at understanding what Google likes and dislikes. What steps to take in order to develop target organic traffic. So today inside this post I will be discussing the steps need to take in order to have a higher page rank and increase your blog serp.

Increase your page rank

To increase your page rank I have a few suggestions you should take into consideration. Nothing here is set in stone and with regards to SEO watch what you do and how fast you do it. Grow your domain name with a natural growth rate to avoid the Google sandbox.

Create Related and Relative Backlinks

Join some webmaster forums and look for bloggers or website owners that are willing to exchange links with your website. Create these links within your target niche and make sure the text used for these links are target and keyword loaded. As an example over at blogengage I use the following for my images.

Don’t buy and sell your websites. Hold on to them as your website ages so does your Google Authority. With time your domain name earns respect and will rank better for target keywords.

Submit to web directories

This should be done with much attention. First you need to confirm the web directory passes your SEO inspection.

• Is the web directory ranked well in Google

• Are the pages caches in the Google tool bar

• What is the page rank of the web directory

• Is the directory do follow

Create and Submit a Sitemap

Site maps I find are more for static html websites. If you’re running a wordpress blog you can skip this part. Trust me Google will find your pages using any SEO option for url’s in wordpress. Static html web site owners this is extremely important for you. You have to submit your internal website links to Google. There’s a good chance Google robots will naturally cache your website but to ensure this is being done simply submit the sitemap.

Developing and creating quality page rank and SERP is a fighting battle. You may rank well today but we work for tomorrow, and tomorrow is a new game. It’s an ever changing environment that is competitive and fierce. People are trying to rank for the same keywords so you have to play smarter and hard then ever. Take the time and sign up for the Google Analytics and Webmaster Program. This will help you to monitor and track your growth and potential targeted keywords and rankings.. Continue implementing these suggestions and eventually you will have a high page rank and great SERP.

I’m thinking the hardest part now will be the ideas and topics. Where will I get all my blogging ideas from? Thank god for me this has never been an issue. I’m very original, unique and full of creative and innovative ideals. I’m a marketing genius if you will. So over the next week at minimum you can expect 1 post per day. Like normal the majority of my discussions will be related to SEO, Marketing, Promotion and Advertising. This seems to be a pretty good niche for me. I work in Marketing and Sales so I’m thinking anything I write will be influenced by my work or the life I live.

Let’s take digg.com as an example! 99.9% of the information on digg.com is dupe content submitted word for word with no changes to it what so ever. So in general aren’t they breaking the Google TOS and shouldn’t they be banned? why does Google cache every page of every second?

Hey I know I’m not one to talk. I own my own Social Networking Website for Bloggers and yes it’s no better than digg.com. Besides a few blog submissions I added myself with unique content and descriptions it’s also all duplicate content yet I get 350 organic traffic hits from Google a day.

Questions come to mind immediately for me. Does Google make an exception for Social Networking Websites? Are they allowed to have duplicate content without being penalized unlike the rest of the websites on the net?

Lets have a look at some of the high page rank websites that consists of duplicate content shall we.

Digg.com – I really don’t understand it and if any of the readers can tell why this website has a page rank of 9 please let me know! Even the upcoming page added a few months ago already has a page rank of 6

Blogengage.com – Yup that’s right I’m confronting Google using my own social networking website! Blogengage is 100% dupe content… Seriously I think I’m the only one that creates a unique title and description when submitting so the whole website is pretty much based on duplicate content.

Reddit.com – Alright finally a website that might deserve a little page rank! Surely not a 9 but I would say maybe a 3 or 4! This is one of the only submit and vote websites I’ve seen with unique content… or at least unique topic titles and descriptions.

Sphinn.com – Again this is a prefect example on how Google is messed in the head and needs changing! Technically this website along with the others should be banned from Google. Duplicate content people it’s Google best friend these days!

This is the popular list I imagine there’s others with high page rank and all dupe content!

So what’s the point? I will tell you the point!

Do you understand what page rank is? The higher your page rank the more organic traffic you get! The more organic traffic you get the higher your page rank becomes. It’s all based on your Search Engine Ranking Position (SERP) The higher you are, the more traffic you get.

But please someone explain to me why digg.com and reddit.com out rank even the submitter websites? The place is a dupe content junk yard but still out ranks the website where the content was originally submitted!

I will tell you why, it’s because digg.com and reddit.com get cached by Google every hour and the majority of the time it’s even before your website or blog. So that content your submitting is actually unique to digg.com and reddit.com before it’s even noticed on your blog! When noticed on your blog its considered dupe and digg.com will always have a better SERP than your original article!

Some cases this is incorrect but for 90% of the bloggers out there it’s true! Keep your eyes open start searching your keywords and see if Google is allowing digg.com to out rank you! I bet you’ll be pretty pissed off and upset.
