Friday Blog Traffic Report 3
Crazy how time passes us so fast. I feel like it was just yesterday and I was compiling my Friday Blog Traffic Report. After reviewing how things turned out I’m pretty happy with the growth of my blog in the last week. For one I’m happy that my stumbleupon traffic is down. You’re probably thinking why the hell is he happy traffic is down especially stumbleupon. Just an FYI 97% of the traffic I get from stumbleupon has a 100% drop rate. This means they visit the page they are sent to randomly and leave without looking at anything else. To me this traffic is pointless and a waste of bandwidth. I like traffic the converts to new readers!

I love google analytics. Such pretty pictures and they tell so much. I get a lot of traffic from Doug’s site also. Must be the link love or something.

I love Google too. For the first year I was paying for the Godaddy stats service little did I know Analytics was free LOL
Why was Car hire comment is a photo copy Brian’s comment to Doug?
Anyways Doug’s site not only giving you that much traffic but those traffic are staying on your site for more than 10 minutes on an average! More than 10 mins! That’s triple of our blog’s average.
Also it’s giving you more page views than your own blogengage site and much better bounce rate.

Google Analytics is amazing. I was initially sad since my WordPress blog didn’t let me utilize it, but I’ve made do with Stat Counter. It provides more in depth info on traffic, but is a tad confusing at times.
