I finally got StumbleUpon installed last night after another blogger submitted one of my pages there. After giving that page another "thumbs up" rating, I got a nice burst of traffic (about 160 visits) to the page a few hours later. The idea about purchasing Blog Roll links from Blogger is an interesting one- I've never really looked into this but I have purchased text links before and have generally had pretty good results with them. If the prices are not too high I might try this one out and see how it goes. This is a pretty good list of tips.
