I will try that I think I did a few times before I really know what I was doing. More recently using google standard keyword tool. I do like the seobook site. I had some pretty good luck over the last month with targeting some keywords. I just need to do more of it. It is now part of my routine. I hope I can hit one like Brian did with the jailbrake.

Brian, courious are you still getting this much or more organic traffic. Last month I really focus more on seo. I am still working how to indentify and better target keywords. Doing a case study so I can share with everyone.

have you noticed that the phrase says “started on September 24th 2009″ is normal, or I think you wanted to say 2008? anyway I think you are doing well with you organic traffic

Hi Boris thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog. You’re right sometimes we target and gain ranking for keyword that don’t develop much traffic.

A good tool to use in order to determine what keyword to rank for is http://www.google.com/trends/

I targeted organic SEO in Tucson when I first got into the business. I found that while I ranked # 1 for this search on Google it never produced any traffic. I concluded that the only ones that were looking for organic SEO were other SEO guys. So I switched my focus to local SEO amongst other keywords these actually produced results for us.

Then I started doing seminars and learned that my target market the small business owner had never heard of the term. It was then that I realized that organic SEO was SEO speak and not what the small business owner would use.

You are targeting the people in the know and it appears to be working for you and that’s good to hear!
