I like BE, have gotten traffic from it, and have promoted it on my site(s). But I am against private "clubs" when it comes to bookmarking sites, forums, etc... I think it cuts out those that could benefit from using it the most (new bloggers that don't understand how to get in). The largest bookmarking sites are open to anyone, but have TOS that bans bad sites.
